Ordering & Payment

Simply browse our products, add your chosen item(s) to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is confirmed, your files will be available for instant download.

We currently accept credit/debit cards. We are working on having more payment methods accepted in the future.

No. All items on Support360 Digital are digital downloads only. You’ll receive your files electronically after purchase.

Downloading Products

Once your payment is successful:

  1. You’ll receive an order confirmation email with a download link.
  2. You can also log into your My Account section anytime to download your files.

Downloads are available anytime in your account. You can re-download them as often as needed.

Please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still missing, log into your My Account section to download your files. If you still can’t access them, contact our support team.

Account & Access

You can check out as a guest, but creating an account allows you to easily access your downloads and order history anytime.

On the login page, click “Lost your Password?” and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Refunds & Policies

Because our products are digital and instantly accessible after purchase, all sales are final. However, if you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, we’ll be happy to assist.

Please reach out to our support team by sending an email along with the screenshots of the error with your order details to support@360contactbpo.com or by filling out the form on the right side of this FAQ. We’ll provide a replacement download link.

Technical Help

Check that you have the correct software to open the file format (e.g., PDF reader, ZIP extractor, etc.). If you still have trouble, contact us and we’ll guide you.
