At Support360 Digital, operated by Support 360 Web Portal Services, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide only high-quality digital products. Because all of our items are delivered electronically, our refund and returns policy is different from that of physical goods.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, we do not issue refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Accidental purchase or duplicate order.
  • Incompatibility with software, devices, or systems not specified in the product description.
  • Failure to download or access due to customer’s internet or device issues.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product file is defective, corrupted, or incomplete.
  • You experience technical issues that prevent access to the product, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • You were charged in error due to a technical glitch or duplicate transaction.

Requests outside of these situations will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at support@360contactbpo.com within 7 days of purchase.
  • Provide your order number, product name, and a clear description of the issue.
  • Our support team may request screenshots, error messages, or other proof to verify the problem.

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

Since all products are digital, exchanges are not possible. However, if you purchased the wrong file due to a listing error on our part, we will provide the correct product at no extra charge.
